Software built around how an organisation works
The Young Entrepreneur School (YES) — the entrepreneur-development forum of the Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry — is a community of 4,200+ members across roughly 35 chapters, each with its own leadership, meetings, events and networking. No off-the-shelf product fit an operation spread that wide. So Agaram built YES Connect: one platform connecting members, chapters, meetings, networking, a member marketplace, large events and administration.
We didn't start from a feature list. We understood how chapters run, how members take part, and how a large event works on the ground — then turned that into workflows on one shared foundation. Events use QR and facial-recognition check-in tied to each member's profile; expenses and approvals run through multi-level workflows leadership can see.
Today YES Connect runs end to end — membership, engagement, networking, marketplace and conference management — for a community that keeps growing. It's built and operated by Agaram.
